Optometrist (Big City Optical) – Lincoln Park & North Andersonville, IL

Big City Optical has an exciting new opportunity as a full-time floating Optometrist between Lincoln Park and North Andersonville store locations. This is the fastest growing private practice in the Chicagoland area.

In this role, you will have access to advanced diagnostic technology, including digital exam lanes with meibography, topography, OCT, anterior segment photography, fundus photography, pachymetry, and VR visual fields. You will practice full-scope optometry and provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages.

• Manage patient care with state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic equipment
• Provide comprehensive eye care (medical and routine) to patients of all ages
• Educate patients on their visual and medical conditions
• Make recommendations on vision and eye health enhancing solutions
• Work with a support team of professional technicians and opticians
• Complete electronic health records
• Work in a team‑based environment

• Optometry license in the state of Illinois
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Patient‑focused with a commitment to strong outcomes

• Competitive Base Pay of $135k to $155k
