Requirements

Qualified applicants must have prior work experience in a biotechnology practice, along with a degree in a life sciences technology area (biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biomedical science, chemical engineering, molecular biology, pharmacy, or the like). Seeking individuals who are independent thinkers and have the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a highly successful litigation practice. Candidates must possess strong research, writing, and analytic skills;

the ability to manage and mentor more junior associates; strong management and organizational skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; and an ability to work successfully as part of a team. Ideal candidates will have prior work experience handling and preferably managing Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases in district court or before the PTAB. Candidates must have strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.
