Job Overview
Pearle Vision is seeking an enthusiastic associate to work at our fast-paced, customer service-centered location. Must be organized, self-motivated, energetic, have excellent communication skills, and possess good attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Positive interactions with patients
- Greet patients immediately and with enthusiasm
- Answer phones using appropriate script
- Schedule & confirm appointments
- Check insurance benefits
- Guide patients to appropriate areas
- Enter information in POS system
- Assist patients with eyewear adjustments
- Assist patients with eyewear selection
- Eyewear sales
Experience not necessary. Will train the right individual. Will accept full and part time applicants.
