Sinai Chicago is seeking a compassionate and skilled Advance Practice Provider with a focus on Hematology/Oncology to join our esteemed outpatient team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate in developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
- Work closely with oncologists, hematologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality, personalized care.
- Monitor patient progress, provide follow-up evaluations, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about disease management, treatment options, and supportive care.
- Advocate for patient care and ensure a compassionate approach to all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program (NP or PA).
- Current Illinois license and certification/credentialing as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), with experience in Hematology/Oncology or relevant clinical practice.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an APP in Hematology/Oncology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Expertise in hematology/oncology patient care is preferred, but APPs with diverse clinical backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
