The ideal candidate will support individuals with behavioral needs, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement customized treatment plans. This role is pivotal in promoting skill development and improving the quality of life for individuals in need.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct therapy to individuals in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Collect and record data on individual progress and behavior changes according to prescribed methods.
• Maintain appropriate records and prepare detailed reports of daily activities and progress monitoring.
• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and certification requirements.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Proven experience working with children or adults with special needs is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
