Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings
- Implement skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans accurately
- Implement behavior reduction plans, protocols, and support plans
- Collect data systematically
- Maintain accurate billing and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families and professionals regarding client progress and behavioral concerns
- Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA interventions per BACB ethical guidelines
- Maintain PHI in compliance with HIPAA
- Participate in staff training and commit to ongoing learning and performance improvement
- Assist in designing and preparing program materials
Qualifications
- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education), highly preferred but not required
