Responsibilities

  • Deliver ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings
  • Implement skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans accurately
  • Implement behavior reduction plans, protocols, and support plans
  • Collect data systematically
  • Maintain accurate billing and clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with families and professionals regarding client progress and behavioral concerns
  • Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA interventions per BACB ethical guidelines
  • Maintain PHI in compliance with HIPAA
  • Participate in staff training and commit to ongoing learning and performance improvement
  • Assist in designing and preparing program materials

Qualifications

  • Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred but not required
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities
  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education), highly preferred but not required
