Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group setting.
  • Implement skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans accurately.
  • Implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and support plans as required.
  • Collect data using Theralytics data collection system.
  • Maintain accurate billing and clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with families and related professionals regarding client updates, progress, and behavioral concerns.
  • Follow company policies, standards of conduct, and BACB ethical guidelines in implementing ABA interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA for handling Private Health Information (PHI).
  • Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continuous learning.
  • Assist in designing and preparing program materials.
  • Wear scrubs during sessions.
  • Ability to work 20-25 hours per week (part-time).

Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (not required but preferred).
  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education); highly preferred but not required.
