Compensation: $82K-$114K
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.

The Medical & Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor assists the Imaging Director & Imaging Manager in day-to-day supervision of the following modalities Cardiology, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, General Radiology, & Interventional Radiography- including the Team, Patients, Equipment, & Exams.
Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care.
- In collaboration with the Imaging Lead Techs, assign work schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- In collaboration with the Imaging Lead Techs, monitors and performs daily billing reconciliations.
- In collaboration with the Imaging Lead Techs, inventories departmental supplies and keeps stock to appropriate par levels.
- In collaboration with the Imaging Lead Techs & Imaging Manager, maintains employee files.
- Onboard new staff members and provide continuing education opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, families, and hospital administration.
- Address patient concerns and improve service delivery.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of Imaging equipment.
- Direct impact on annual budgeting and cost management in Imaging Modalities (Cardiology, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, General Radiology, & Interventional Radiography)
- Direct responsibility of personnel performance evaluations for Imaging Modalities (Cardiology, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, General Radiology, & Interventional Radiography).
- Collaborates effectively with Imaging Director, Imaging Manager, Radiology Chair, & Cardiology Chair.
- Maintains and updates the Medical Imaging Policies, Workflows, and Protocols in collaboration with the Imaging Lead Techs, Imaging Manager, Imaging Director, Radiology Chair, & Cardiology Chair.
- 1+ Years in Imaging Leadership
- 5+ Years in Imaging Field
- BLS
- ARRT
- IEMA
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Desired:
Bachelor’s degree - Preferred: ARRT (N) (Nuclear)
