The Medical & Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor assists the Imaging Director & Imaging Manager in day-to-day supervision of the following modalities Cardiology, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, General Radiology, & Interventional Radiography- including the Team, Patients, Equipment, & Exams.

• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care.
• In collaboration with the Imaging Lead Techs, assign work schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• In collaboration with the Imaging Lead Techs, monitors and performs daily billing reconciliations.
• In collaboration with the Imaging Lead Techs, inventories departmental supplies and keeps stock to appropriate par levels.
• In collaboration with the Imaging Lead Techs & Imaging Manager, maintains employee files.
• Onboard new staff members and provide continuing education opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, families, and hospital administration.
• Address patient concerns and improve service delivery.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of Imaging equipment.
• Direct impact on annual budgeting and cost management in Imaging Modalities (Cardiology, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, General Radiology, & Interventional Radiography)
• Direct responsibility of personnel performance evaluations for Imaging Modalities (Cardiology, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, General Radiology, & Interventional Radiography).
• Collaborates effectively with Imaging Director, Imaging Manager, Radiology Chair, & Cardiology Chair.
• Maintains and updates the Medical Imaging Policies, Workflows, and Protocols in collaboration with the Imaging Lead Techs, Imaging Manager, Imaging Director, Radiology Chair, & Cardiology Chair.

• 1+ Years in Imaging Leadership
• 5+ Years in Imaging Field

• BLS
• ARRT
• IEMA
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Desired:
  Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred: ARRT (N) (Nuclear)
