Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a nationally recognized healthcare organization affiliated with a leading academic medical institution. This organization is known for clinical excellence, medical education, and research, and serves as a major teaching site for medical students.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and professional Education Coordinator. This role plays a key part in coordinating onboarding, scheduling, compliance tracking, and program logistics for medical students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to coordinate medical student rotations and program logistics
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for medical students during their pediatric rotation
  • Manage onboarding requirements, documentation collection, and compliance tracking
  • Coordinate orientation sessions, exams, evaluations, and grading meetings
  • Maintain accurate training records and educational documentation in designated systems
  • Track case logs, student evaluations, and required compliance items
  • Oversee rotation schedules and communicate updates or changes as needed
  • Assist with reporting metrics and accreditation-related documentation
  • Support student offboarding processes, including completion documentation and material return
  • Collaborate with academic partners and internal medical education teams
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of administrative or program coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital, or academic medical environments preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or medical education programs is a plus
  • Position is open due to increased program needs
  • Accessible downtown location near public transportation
