Regulatory Affairs Specialist – R&D (Contract, Part-Time)

Location: (Remote)

Start Date: May 11, 2026

Duration: 6-month contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Schedule: Part-Time | 20 hours per week | Monday–Friday

Work Type: Remote

Pay -: $ 41.78

Position Overview

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support the R&D Department during a maternity leave coverage. This part‑time, remote role will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance for food products while supporting innovation and product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regulatory affairs support for food products within the R&D function
  • Ensure compliance with applicable FDA and CFIA regulations
  • Review and support product labeling to meet regulatory requirements
  • Assist with documentation and regulatory assessments using PLM systems
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, quality, and other stakeholders
  • Support regulatory activities related to international markets as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of regulatory affairs experience within the food industry
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA and CFIA regulations
  • Basic knowledge of international food labeling regulations (Caribbean region preferred)
  • Proficiency in PLM software (Devex highly desirable)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Details

$41.78 per hour
