Rush University Medical Center is currently seeking a clinical audiologist to provide comprehensive diagnostics and rehabilitation services, including vestibular assessments. Additional responsibilities may include clinical instruction and academic support of Rush University’s AuD graduate program.

Pay Range: $41.44 - $67.44 per hour
Rush salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data. The pay range for each role reflects Rush’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.
Summary:The principle responsibilities for this position are related to providing clinical services. The individual will also participate in clinical projects. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:
- Completed a Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology. However, an applicant whose degree was conferred on or after January 1, 2008, must have completed doctoral degree in Audiology.
- Currently holds or is eligible to obtain Illinois and/or Indiana licensure in Audiology.
- Possess excellent problem solving skills and analytic ability to appropriately diagnose clients' problems and develop rehabilitation plans.
- Possess skills to effectively supervise student clinicians.
- Ability to approach each situation with professionalism, flexibility and positive attitude.
- Ability to work and interact well with others so that customer service remains a priority.
- Capable of meeting the demands of a high volume, variable caseload; possess good organizational skills.
Effectively administer and interpret diagnostic testing for inpatients and outpatients; the caseloads range in age from newborns through geriatric.
Provide comprehensive auditory rehabilitation services to all age ranges.
Participates in one of more special clinical projects such as cochlear implants, newborn screening, hearing aid dispensing, vestibular assessment, quality outcomes, etc.
Participates in activities that support the education and service-related missions of Rush University Medical Center.
Meets clinical and professional competencies standards as defined in Level 1 of the CDS Clinical Career Ladder program (see CDS Clinical Career Ladder document).
