Patient Services Representative; Behavioral Health Clinic - Fulltime

Job Details Description

• Performs accurate and complete registration for appointments.
• Verifies patient insurance for all services rendered and obtains required referrals or pre authorization as needed.
• Collects necessary payment from patients at time of service.
• Provides and contributes to the delivery of a positive patient experience and receives and communicates all complaints to the manager.
• Prepares charts or patient records for clinical team as needed.

1 or more years of experience

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred

Customer Service Experience Required.

Healthcare experience preferred.
