Leads centralized scheduling operations for outpatient ancillary services and ambulatory clinic visits in a safety net hospital. Oversees scheduling, insurance verification, and prior authorization processes to ensure timely access to care, financial clearance, and regulatory compliance.
Partners with clinical teams, Revenue Cycle, IT, and Patient Financial Services to standardize workflows, reduce denials, and improve the patient experience. Responsible for staff leadership, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Experience with outpatient scheduling, insurance verification, and prior authorizations required.
Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred.
