• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community‑based setting
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required

• Support client care: conduct in‑home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs
• Guide and train caregivers: lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go‑to resource for staff in the field
• Welcome new clients: meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans
• Be the bridge: communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected
• Problem‑solve in the field: step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate
