Works with Site Pharmacy Director to implement workflow and productivity measures;
Ensures compliance with Federal, State and Local laws/pharmacy regulations and Corporate Compliance Program;
Monitors purchasing and inventory for the pharmacy to meet goals;
Fills prescription items and prepares medications including non-sterile compounding;
Project Management:
Develops work plans and long-term strategies with Sr Pharmacist, Internal Operations
