Clinical Assistant Professor in Applied Behavior Analysis, Non-Tenure Track

The School of Education (SOE) at Loyola University Chicago invites applicants for a full-time, non-tenure track position in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program
. While the academic program is offered online, the responsibilities of this position require the individual to be physically present on campus for meetings, events, and other program-related activities.

• Maintain a 4/3 teaching load (teaching four courses in the fall and three in the spring, on average) of graduate courses in the ABA program
• Develop and revise course materials to ensure alignment with ABAI accreditation standards
• Supervise students completing capstone projects
• Join and support efforts to address social justice through anti-racism and other efforts
• Maintain and enhance existing partnerships with schools and community agencies
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to prepare accreditation materials
• Participate in curriculum review and program evaluation to ensure continuous improvement
• Engage in service activities such as committee participation, program meetings, recruitment events, and student support initiatives

• Earned doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field
• Licensed behavior specialist in Illinois (or eligible for licensure)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D)

• 5+ years of experience as a practicing behavior analyst
• Experience supervising behavior analyst practicum students and/or interns
• Experience supporting accreditation or program development initiatives
