Pay Range: $27.47 - $43.27 per hour

SummaryThe Surgical Assistant is a member of the surgical team in the Operating Room, working with the Attending Surgeon(s), Residents, Perfusion, and Registered Nurses, delivering direct patient care before, during and after surgery. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.
Other information Required Job Qualifications- High School diploma.
- Illinois Registered Surgical Assistant License.
- Certified Surgical Assistant.
- Demonstrates knowledge and competence on all surgical services.
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with all members of surgical team and multi disciplines.
