• Schedule appointments with primary care and specialty physicians.
• Connect patients with resources (Medicaid, food stamps, etc.).
• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring 99% satisfaction.
• Provide comfort, anticipate anxieties, and answer questions.
• Record and collect patient information for follow‑up.
• Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and protect patient rights.

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read work orders and follow verbal instructions.
• Smiling, positive attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation.
