Psychologist

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Psychologist to provide psychological services across Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, Mt. Sinai Hospital, and Holy Cross Hospital
. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct initial psychological evaluations for new admissions and provide ongoing therapeutic support as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed psychologist to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

• Conduct initial psychological evaluations for new admissions across designated hospital locations.
• Provide assessments to inform treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver individual therapy and brief interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document evaluations and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Offer referrals to appropriate services when necessary.

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.
  
  D.).
• Active state licensure as a psychologist.
• Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
