A clinical pharmacy provider in Chicago is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor (Clinical Services) to lead and supervise clinical pharmacy programs and staff. The role involves program development, staff evaluation, and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualified candidates must have a Pharm.
D. degree, a full pharmacy license, and supervisory experience in a clinical setting. The position is full-time with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
