7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months.

• Candidates must have an Illinois license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• 7 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Aya Program - University of Chicago Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Aya Program - University of Chicago Medical Center.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

• Neurosurgery Nurses and Experience
• Must have Scrub Experience
• Must be knowledgeable of stereotactic neurosurgical cases, neuro spine cases, and craniotomy cases with tumor resections.

If more than one year of epic experience no instructor‑led class is needed and can start on any date. If less than one year of experience, would need to start on Feb 2 or Feb 9.

No RTO first or last week of contract.

• Call included in contract, one 8 hour on‑call shift per week when needed.
• Could rotate to weekends.

3 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days. End assignment restriction: 7 days.
