Always Best Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.;
Safe use of assistive devices including gait belts, transfer boards, walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts;
Provide medication administration as prescribed and monitor for any side effects.;
Perform patient monitoring, including taking vital signs and reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals.;
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
