About Sinai Chicago:

The Patient Safety Assistant is responsible for providing direct supervision and companionship to patients as a safety measure to prevent suicidal, behavioral, and medical patients from harming themselves.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and an assigned patient.
- Must demonstrate calm, pleasant demeanor
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- PREFERRED CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT, PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN, OR RELATED HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE
- BLS
- CPI
- Minimum 1 year acute hospital /healthcare setting experience.
- Must be able to complete a training module prior to first assignment.
