General
Summary:
Assists investigators and study team in the implementation, coordination, and conduct of behavioral research activities. Adheres to the service values and principles of research ethics.
Essential Job Functions:
- Performs administrative tasks to support research team (scheduling, ordering, printing, filing, etc.).
- Assists with literature searches, QA/QC procedures, and tracks timelines.
- Assists with study start-up and maintains study and regulatory documents.
- Assists in scheduling study visits, delivering behavioral interventions, and reimbursement of participants, in coordination with the PI and study team.
- Prepares necessary supplies for study visits (consent forms, data collection materials, etc.)
- Assists in the collection of data from research participants and/or medical records, as authorized.
- Supports data entry and maintains/updates databases as needed.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and facilitates ordering as required.
- Engages in professional development opportunities, such as clinical and research meetings, seminars, and related activities.
- Other job functions as assigned.
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree and experience and/or training in research preferred. Good organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Some knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP Guidelines.
- Some analytical skills with the ability to remain agile and adaptable to various technological systems.
Pay Range
$19.50-$30.23 Hourly

The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position. Ranges are regularly reviewed to stay aligned with market conditions.
