• Provide hands‑on care as directed by the nursing supervisor, including transferring, bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, vital signs, and height/weight measurements as needed.
• Follow the patient’s plan of care and assist with daily living tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, linen changes, transportation to appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an approved nursing assistant program
• Current, valid CNA certification in good standing
• CPR certification and a negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray
• Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience (or participation in an approved Mentor Program)
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong empathy, communication skills, professionalism, and teamwork
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect patient information
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs (assistance needs vary by client mobility)
