Job Description

Immediate Opening – Part-Time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Evaluation Only) | Illinois

Looking for flexibility, impact, and a role that lets you focus on what you do best? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist for an immediate, part-time school-based opportunity in Illinois — and this one stands out.

This is an evaluation-only position, meaning no full therapy caseload and no ongoing treatment schedule to manage. Instead, you’ll dedicate your expertise to conducting comprehensive bilingual speech and language assessments that help students access the services they need to thrive.

Why This Role Is Unique:

  • Immediate start.
  • No full caseload responsibilities.
  • Evaluation-focused services only.
  • Part-time schedule for work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to support culturally and linguistically diverse students.
What You’ll Do:
  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
  • Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guide service decisions.
  • Administer and interpret formal and informal assessment tools.
  • Ensure assessments are culturally responsive and linguistically appropriate.

Your bilingual skills will play a vital role in ensuring equitable access to services and accurate identification of student needs. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy assessment work and want to make a measurable difference without the demands of ongoing therapy scheduling.

Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency required.
  • School-based evaluation experience preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech endorsement (or eligibility)

If you’re a bilingual SLP ready to step into a focused, high-impact role — we’d love to connect with you today.

  • Competitive compensation packages.
  • Dedicated recruiter and ongoing support.
  • Opportunity to work in collaborative school environments.
  • Meaningful opportunity to support student growth and achievement.
