STRTP Administrator- STRTP Certification Required

Psych Pros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program Administrator to work full-time in Fair Oaks, CA.

• Valid STRTP Administrator Certificate in good standing
• Master’s degree in a behavioral science, plus 2 years of employment as a social worker in an agency serving children or in a residential congregate care program for children.
• Or, have a bachelor’s degree, plus at least 3 years administrative experience or supervisory experience over social work, direct care and/or support staff providing direct services to children in an agency or community care facility.
• Or, have completed at least two years at an accredited college or university, plus at least five years’ administrative experience or supervisory experience over social work, direct care and/or support staff providing direct services to children in an agency or in a community care facility with a licensed capacity of six or more.
• Possess a valid driver license with clean driving record and have daily access to a personal reliable and insured vehicle

• $80-$90K per year depending on education and experience
• Full benefits package including medical benefits, PTO, and 401K
• Schedule M-F 8am-5pm, on call as needed

• Oversee STRTP staff members
• Provide program-level oversight for all aspects of a six-bed STRTP facility for ages 12-17
• Ensure appropriate implementation of all core services and supports
• Be the primary liaison for all of the STRTP’s county, education agency, and community-based partners
• Prepare the facility budget and manage expenditures according to the facility’s budget limitations
