Endeavor Health - - Responsibilities:
Provides care to patients on assigned nursing unit under the direction of a Clinical Nurse Manager;
Assists with patient hygiene based on the level of assistance the patient requires;
Assists in placing ECG cables, leads, and monitoring equipment and taking initial vital signs;
Documents vital signs and point of care glucose results in the EMR;
Proactively organizes and stocks nursing unit with patient care supplies
