Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist

Unbroken Rehab and Athletics is a growing physical therapy and recovery practice that works with the active and motivated population. Our primary clientele includes fitness athletes. and weekend warriors. Our secondary clientele includes youth, and current/former athletes in sports from tennis, basketball, runners, football, etc. Our clients prioritize their health and we offer the highest quality service to make sure their goals are met.

We are different in that we offer one-on-one treatment sessions and offer a high quality service with a lower volume of clientele. We also are more fitness forward and our treatment styles are based on strength and conditioning principles. We grow primarily through word of mouth so we prioritize creating a positive customer experience and it is of the highest importance to us.

For this specific posting, we are looking for a physical therapist OR clinic manager in the Lakeview location. The clinician would have a private room, and be able to use all the gym equipment and space for their therapeutic exercises.

We are looking for a physical therapist/clinic manager who can contribute regularly to our efforts to help educate the community and our clientele (via workshops, clinics, screens, etc). We value preventative care to empower people to take a proactive approach with their own health

Lastly, we are a teaching facility and have built in mentorship to help clinicians grow their skills (as a mentor or mentee), learn from other great therapists, and be able to treat any case that walks in our door.

The job responsibility of a Physical Therapist may include, but not limited to:

• Treating patients under the State of Illinois Practice Act
• Autonomy using our EMR system
• Day-to-day operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
• Etc

The job responsibility of a Clinic Manager may include above plus those listed below

• Managing the Lakeview staff (1
  -2 PT, 1 admin)
• Managing the relationships with our referral sources
• Tracking accurate clinic metrics
• Etc

Proficiency in these areas would be preferred:

• Google Office
• Basic knowledge of fitness/rehab exercises
• We are looking for someone who is willing to grow alongside our practice, and be adaptable to the demands of the clinic.
