Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Case Management Coordinator to support behavioral health members through comprehensive care coordination and healthcare management services.

Remote Opportunity

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)

Pay Rate: $27-$29.52/hr

The Case Management Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating appropriate healthcare outcomes by

• Assisting with appointment scheduling and care coordination
• Identifying and helping members access available benefits
• Providing education using care management tools and resources
• Supporting treatment planning and healthcare efficiency initiatives
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical and operational outcomes

This position helps manage healthcare costs while ensuring members receive timely, appropriate treatment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to collaborate virtually with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently

• Bachelor’s degree or non-licensed Master’s level clinician
• Degree must be in Behavioral Health or Human Services (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Nursing, or related field)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or related field
• Case management and discharge planning experience preferred
• Managed care experience preferred
