• Coordinate the authorization process with hospital personnel, payer representatives, and reimbursement operations
• Provide education on Life Vest benefits and processes to hospital and payer case managers
• Maintain customer profile data on managed care contacts in the designated geography
• Work in partnership with the National Accounts team to support managed care goals
• Prepare documentation packages for authorizations and communicate best practices with field sales

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience required
• Completed a Registered Nursing Program or equivalent clinical background required
• Cardiology clinical acumen required
• Computer literate with the ability to learn proprietary software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Case Manager or Resource Utilization experience preferred
