InHome Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Home Health Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team.

- Deliver in-home speech therapy services
- Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic programs for adult and geriatric patients
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation
- Flexible scheduling (you own your time)

This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $76 – $90 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Eligible employees may participate in the IHT’s 401(k) plan after meeting age and service requirements. Additional offerings may include dental, vision, life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company‑paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
