- Treat Medicare Part B patients in Assisted Living & Independent Living Communities

- Deliver hands‑on treatments to residents in Assisted Living & Independent Living Communities under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Carry out established care plans focused on mobility, safety, and functional independence
- Lead engaging therapy sessions using therapeutic exercise, functional mobility, balance activities, and manual techniques
- Help patients improve strength, balance, and overall quality of life
- Collaborate with care teams, staff, and caregivers to achieve strong patient outcomes
- Document treatments and patient progress in accordance with established care plans
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
- Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
