Dietary Aide

Part-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Dietary Aide to enhance the dining experience for our residents. Mealtime is a vital part of each resident’s day—providing not only nourishment, but also comfort, enjoyment, and social connection. Our culinary team plays an essential role in creating flavorful, nutritious meals served in a warm and welcoming environment.

Dietary Aide Requirements
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays

  • Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 25 lbs., and carry items a minimum of 50 feet

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

As a Dietary Aide, you will:

  • Serve meals that are nutritious, palatable, and visually appealing

  • Assist with meal service in a timely and organized manner

  • Follow portion control procedures and dietary guidelines

  • Perform daily cleaning duties in accordance with facility policies and procedures

  • Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas to enhance the mealtime experience

  • Prepare and deliver snacks and supplemental dietary items as needed
