Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

Action Behavior Centers invites caring individuals to help children with autism build communication, social and independent skills. This full‑time position is located at ABC Clinic, 191 West North Avenue, Suite 110, West Chicago, IL 60185.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (no nights). Optional Saturday work may be requested based on patient needs.

Immediate openings are available, and the start date is as soon as possible. All applicants will be notified of interview status within 24 hours.

• Bachelor’s Degree: $17.50–$27.00 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $19.00–$28.00 per hour
• First raise earned after obtaining RBT certification.

• Follow personalized ABA treatment plans and collect session data.
• Use play, movement, reading, games and hands‑on activities to help children learn.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical demands of working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset; may occasionally support a nearby clinic when needed.
• Previous childcare or mental‑health experience is a plus but not required.
