Salary: $30–$35/hour (PRN)
We are hiring a COTA for a PRN position in our skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility while continuing to deliver meaningful patient care.
Your Responsibilities:- Carry out therapy plans designed by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with functional tasks and therapeutic activities
- Support safe use of adaptive equipment and positioning techniques
- Monitor patient response and report changes to the OT
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Flexible, as‑needed scheduling
- Collaborative therapy and nursing team
- Consistent opportunities for additional coverage
- Current COTA license required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
