Mental Health Provider; Psychiatric PA or NP - Skokie

The position requires a Psychiatric PA or PMHNP in the Skokie market to partner in providing psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment plans, medication management, and psychotherapy.

• Initial mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage medications and provide supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and mental health therapists
• Use measurement‑based care approach to track outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date EMR documentation

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in Illinois
• Active DEA license
• Active CDS license
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Desire to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions
• Over one year of professional APP experience preferred
• Outpatient experience preferred

• Competitive compensation $135k-$150k (no earnings cap)
