Position Overview

This role is ideal for a Massage Therapist who thrives in a team-based environment and values whole-person care. Our clinic focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of pain, dysfunction, and chronic stress. As part of our integrative approach, massage therapy supports musculoskeletal health, nervous system regulation, and overall recovery. You will work closely with other healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes through customized treatment plans.

Compensation: $30 - $35/hour

Qualifications
  • Licensed Massage Therapist in good standing
  • Strong foundation in anatomy, therapeutic bodywork, and musculoskeletal care
  • Passion for working in a clinical, integrative healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, results-driven treatments
Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual patient needs
  • Utilize techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and lymphatic techniques
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care plans
  • Assist patients in improving mobility, reducing pain, and recovering from injury or chronic tension
  • Educate patients on self-care strategies, including stretching, posture, and recovery techniques
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
Skills
  • Proficiency in deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy
  • Knowledge of lymphatic drainage and neuromuscular techniques
  • Ability to perform relaxation and therapeutic massage techniques
  • Strong understanding of musculoskeletal function and pain patterns
  • Excellent interpersonal and patient engagement skills
