ADHD
, sensory processing disorder
, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school‑based, team‑driven program that supports every student’s growth.

About the Role

As a clinic‑based BCBA, LBA at Eyas Landing
- Avondale
, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student’s cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

• Providing caregiver coaching and support
• Developing evidence‑based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
• Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Total Compensation: $98,000‑113,000 which includes:
  • $7,500 Sign‑On Bonus
  • Base Salary: $74,000‑$85,000
