- RBT certification is required.
- Actively pursuing BCBA certification and in need of supervised hours.

- Reliable transportation to our clinic location in Chicago, IL (2240 W Armitage Ave, 60647).
- Possess an active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT; highly preferred, but not required).
- Have at least 1‑year experience in working in ABA with children with autism and/or related developmental disabilities (required).
- Are pursuing (with at least 2 years completed) and/or hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education, etc.; highly preferred, but not required).
- Cultural sensitivity, with ability to work with people with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Seek feedback willingly in an effort to improve.
