Location: candidates can be based anywhere in the mainland U.S., with frequent travel expected.

Employment Type: contract - 12 months with high likelihood to be extended.

Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Technician Go Live Specialist with Cere Core, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment and integration of MEDITECH Expanse within HCA healthcare organizations. This dynamic position involves extensive travel and collaboration with diverse teams to ensure seamless implementation and user adoption. You will receive comprehensive training and support to become proficient in MEDITECH functionality and provide at-the-elbow support during go-live phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to provide go live support on site at MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects.
  • Participate in workflow decisions and trainings.
  • Offer at-the-elbow support during go-live phases to assist users with system navigation and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
  • Document issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated on MEDITECH advancements and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician (any state) with inpatient experience.
  • Prior EHR implementation support experience (MEDITECH Expanse is highly preferred).
  • Availability to work night shifts (as needed).
  • Willingness to travel extensively to client sites nationwide.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing project requirements and deadlines.
