Hourly Rate: $47 - 50 / hour W2

Medix is currently seeking a Radiology Workflow / PACS Trainer for a position with our national Healthcare Services clients. This is a 12+ month contract role that has a strong chance of contract extension and full time conversion.

This Instructor will be joining a team, and will be focused on providing training to Radiologists on PACS, Dictation, an AI-enabled radiology software. Having some background with DICOM and dictation software like Fluency or Powerscribe is necessary as well to support integration between modality / voice / PACS.

A Clinical Radiology background - R.T. (R) - is required.

• Traveling 25-50% of the time
• Providing clinical training and support to Radiologists on PACS, Hanging Protocols, Dictation software, and AI-enabled Radiology Software
• Using a foundational knowledge of PACS and dictation software (Powerscribe, Fluency) to help coach through usage
• Listening and providing exceptional customer service to Radiologists.
• Being a flexible and solutions-minded trainer.

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Clinical experience as a Registered Technologist in Radiology - R.T.(R)
• Proficiency with LLMs and AI-prompting
• DICOM
• Dictation Software - Nuance Power Scribe and M
  * Modal Fluency
• Strong communication skills and customer service abilities
