Dementia Caregiver

Shift Available: 2nd Shift Full Time 2:30pm to 10:45pm

As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands‑on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you’ll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We’re seeking dependable, team‑oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued.

A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well‑being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job‑related tasks
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
