Activity Aide

At East Troy Manor, we are seeking to hire a compassionate and attentive Activity Aide to join our team and enrich the lives of our residents through one-on-one and group engaging interaction and supportive presence. • Passionate about helping others
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in providing companionship
• Ability to engage residents with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Reliable, respectful and capable of maintaining confidentiality
• A desire to help others
• Work different shifts

• Engage in conversations with residents, listening attentively and responding with empathy
• Provide emotional support and companionship, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
• Observe and report any changes in resident's mood or behavior to the appropriate staff members.
• Foster a positive and uplifting environment through your interactions with residents and staff.
