Citadel Healthcare’s Waterford Care Center in Chicago seeks a Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee accounts receivable from all payor sources, maintain trust accounting, census data, and resident billing. The BOM will coordinate Medicaid applications, prepare deposits, and report changes to the Corporate Office.
Responsibilities include daily census in Point Click Care , RFMS authorizations, weekly collection calls, and Medicaid/Medicaid Pending work.
