• At least 6 months of clinical or mobile phlebotomy experience
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred; transit-accessible routes available for select zones)
• Professional, patient-centered communication style
• Ability to manage documentation and specimen logistics independently

• Perform blood draws in patient homes across assigned Chicago‑area zones
• Follow Speedy Sticks collection protocols and partner lab requirements
• Manage specimen labeling, packaging, and routing per order type

Part‑time shifts available mornings and weekends. Per‑draw compensation with the option to increase hours as volume grows. Coverage zones include the North Side, South Side, Lincoln Park, Evanston, and Oak Park.
