About This Position

We are seeking talented healthcare and life sciences (HLS) professionals interested in helping generate strategies and implementation plans that drive a greater future for our clients. As a Senior Consultant at Kenway, you will own meaningful work streams, engage with a diverse set of stakeholders, and solve complex problems firsthand. From early in your tenure, you’ll lead work streams and produce solutions that target the latest business and technical challenges companies are facing today.

Senior Consultants at Kenway are responsible for owning work streams and smaller projects end-to-end with minimal oversight—proactively managing timelines, escalating risks early, and ensuring client needs are met with high-quality, hands‑on delivery. Senior Consultants are also expected to build strong client and team relationships, support account growth and proposals, and coach analysts and consultants as they develop.

Within Kenway’s HLS vertical, Senior Consultants are expected to demonstrate, deploy, and deepen proficiency delivering across the healthcare ecosystem, inclusive of life sciences (biopharma, biotech, medtech), health‑tech, provider, payer, and related industries.
