Full-time, 36 hrs/week, 1st Shift (6am‑6pm), every other weekend & holiday rotation
Pay Range
: $35.50 – $53.25 per hour
Sign‑On Bonus
: $10,000 paid through first year
Loan Forgiveness
: up to $21,000 for eligible teammates

• Provide exceptional respiratory care for adult and NICU patients.
• Manage ventilators and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate across care teams to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (associate degree minimum).
• Become certified as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) within 45 days of hire.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
