Respiratory Therapist - Evenings​/NOC

Hourly Pay and Sign‑on Bonus

$33.16 - $49.74 per hour, based on experience. Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 for full‑time night shifts and $5,000 for full‑time day shifts.

Flexible full‑time and PRN (8‑ and 12‑hour) options, including days, evenings, overnight, and weekend coverage.

• Provide respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians.
• Assess patients to determine the most suitable treatment method.
• Document treatment, equipment maintenance, quality control, and transcribe verbal or phone orders.
• Communicate treatment to patients and families clearly.
• Monitor patient physiological response, especially in pediatric and neonatal patients.
• Provide education to patients and staff.

• Graduated from a nationally accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CoARC).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or proof of registry‑eligible status.
• State of Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure within six months of employment.
• Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
