Senior Behavioral Health Therapist
Are you a clinician who is tired of chasing referrals, building a caseload from scratch, and spending your day driving across the city? At TMH Behavioral Services, we've built a role where you can focus entirely on what you do best — providing exceptional clinical care.
We are a culturally responsive, mission-driven behavioral health organization expanding our Senior Behavioral Health Program — and we are looking for a compassionate, skilled therapist to join our team serving older adults in assisted living and senior communities across Illinois.
Why Clinicians Choose This Role- Built-in caseload from day one — residents are already in the building. No cold outreach, no marketing, no waiting to fill your schedule.
- One consistent location — you are typically assigned to one primary assisted living community, so you build real relationships and establish a genuine presence.
- Create your own schedule — you have full autonomy over your weekly calendar. Build it around your life.
- Minimal travel — no driving house-to-house across the city.
- Free clinical supervision — provided at no cost to you. For pre-licensed clinicians, that is real money back in your pocket.
- $500 annual CEU reimbursement — plus free access to CEUs through TMH's IDFPR-approved CE Sponsor program.
- Meaningful long-term work — you will develop deep, ongoing therapeutic relationships with residents and become a trusted part of the community you serve.
- Supportive clinical leadership — we believe in taking care of our clinicians so our clinicians can take care of our clients.
